Director
The Director at ARC is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving business outcomes, scaling operations, and building high-performing teams aligned with the organization’s vision and growth trajectory. Functional/Senior Functional Consultant (India)
As a Senior Functional Consultant at ARC, you will serve as a strategic partner to customers, owning the translation of complex business requirements into effective, scalable solutions. From leading discovery engagements to driving solution design and implementation, you will ensure that each deployment is aligned with the customer’s strategic objectives and delivers measurable business value. Beyond project delivery, you will contribute to building a robust and repeatable implementation framework, bringing consistency, quality, and efficiency to our consulting approach.
Specialist Consultant (Denmark)
A Specialist Consultant partners closely with clients to strengthen their Contract Management capabilities by combining advisory thinking with hands-on execution. This role involves assessing business needs, enabling CLM technology, and driving adoption through structured implementation and change management. With a strong consultative mindset and commercial awareness, the Specialist Consultant delivers high-quality outcomes that create measurable and lasting business value.
Junior Consultant
As a Junior Consultant at ARC, you will gain hands-on exposure to a diverse range of consulting activities, supporting both internal initiatives and client engagements. Your responsibilities will include preparing presentations and internal materials, contributing to client project deliverables, and participating in workshops and meetings to understand real-world business challenges.
You will also play a role in developing tools, templates, and training materials that strengthen our delivery capabilities and ensure consistency across projects.
